Waiting for the vacation

I will be going to Singapore next week...It has been 3 years since the last time i stepped my feet on that land.

Those days i were given the opportunity to work there and enjoy the working life there...

This time i will really take my time, walk around ...see around...not in a hurry for anything....If feel like stoping by anywhere...just have a drink ...sitting down....reading magazine or book.....Walking.....shopping....

I know...i may do this when i am in Malaysia....but i reallly want to try doing that in other country..just like the Mat salleh that i always noticed...They always enjoy that trip...just looking around...I am not sure hows their plan for the trip...For my trip this time..i dont want to have any plan....just follow my heart...Of course we have certain places which we would really want to go...

I read from the travelling magazine of the Nationals Geography...A partner that can travel together with you, do most of the arrangements, will make decision when troubles or " occasions" happen...that person is the one u can spend the rest of your life with....

I like to see when an old couples just with a casual wear, holding a small bag...walking around in our town....That would be great if you really can spend the last few years with your partner to tour around when u still could..not only financially but physically....It would be very lovely to enjoy that moment have being through the most of the time in your life....

We are always busy with our life...sometimes, we dont really have much time to talk to each other...During any vacation is the best time for couple to talk....to understand...to tolerate.....to enjoy and have fun....

I cant wait for my holiday to come...Happy moment always ends so fast.....Its better to grab the moment of happiness.....Shout it loud if you really feel like to....You deserve this special moment....

This Mee Sua is highly recommended by uncle who is local...He said very nice...u must try...

OK....we tried....we ordered the portion for 2 persons...then we share together....erm....the soup is very light....its not like what we use to take...which the soup should be thick and more flavour...

The taste is just light....maybe the local taste is not that strong as us....haha

Uncle also recommended the " Hou Jin" - Fried Osyter....

Sorry to say that the osyter really too Small ...hardly find it..although the fried egg tasted very nice..but the oyster really not juicy and out of expectation...

After we filled our stomach with the chicken rice and Mee Sua...we walked around the Jonker street..We met this UNcle who sold the Fried Carrot cake....the cake is small and cute...not only with carrot flavour, there is also Pumkin flavour.....with the chilli sauce....like what uncle say: If not nice no need to pay.....nice..nice...we pay....haha...

We must try Ais Kacang in Melaka....We tried Mango flavour and Normal Cendol...

The santan taste very strong....the gula melaka taste just nice...i would prefer with more gula melaka...sedap....

The curry laksa in melaka is sourish....not so spicy....nice try....

There are more food to try..this time due to time restriction...we just managed to attack few shops for food....we believe we will be back for more...

忙碌的日子，匆匆地过。。。
不知不觉。。。我的上班族生涯。。。匆匆地就过了八个月。。。

这段日子。。。我早睡早起。。。戒了宵夜。。。。没有追看时下最流行的港剧。。就连我热爱的台湾偶像剧。。也只赶完了。。- 命中注定我爱你。。。

我好想做的事情很多。。。但。。。一到周末。。。我就好有心无力哦。。。我买了好多书。。。。。好想一次过看完。。。。可是看书的速度。。。已经无法像以前那么快了。。。好像要花一些时间才能明白书中的意思。。。再看到柜上的书都还没开封。。。。一看到想买的书也只好忍着。。。

我好想。。。静静的。。。。躺在沙发上。。。。我总觉得给自己的时间越来越少了。。。。。

那里都不想去。。。我要窝在家。。。看书。。。。看戏。。。。睡觉。。。。听歌。。。。。今天我一定要做我自己的主人。。。。

when you are busy everyday, time just flies...
when u look back....8 months had past without notification...
working life is really just like that....

I get up early...seldom stay up late...not having supper for quite a long time ( this seems good right)...

There are alot of things i wish to do....everytime...weekends come....i really dont feel like doing anything...

I bought alot of books...i want to read....i have tried to read...but just cant read as fast as before...just feel very hard to digest what is in the book...i have the whole book shelf full with books...some even untouch with the plastic cover on...when i drop by book store...i can just look at the book i want, take down the picture...make sure i will buy it nextime...

All i wish....lying on the sofa....Please dont disturb me....

I really feel that i dont have much time for myself...everyday i reach home around 9pm after dinner if have to stay back for work....or sometimes even reach home ard 10 pm...i can only do some simple laundry....simple cleaning....

i dont want to go anywhere.....i want to be at home....
reading....watch the drama that i like....sleeping.....listen to the music i want..

Today...i m the King of my life.....

BIg breakfast on Melaka Town

The second day morning...we cant wait to taste the food that were in our list...thinking off maybe we had a light breakfast before we attack the chicken rice...So we went
out to search for any restaurant open in the morning 8.30 am...wow...only 2 or 3 shops opened ...!!!! Its that too early for them for business.....We decided to head straight to town and started our food hunting journey....

Look at the view out from the apartment that we stayed....facing the sea...how good can have a seaview apartment...looking at the seas every morning u get up.....feel the fresh air....

How can a person stop him or herself from eating this tasty chicken....my colleague - SEan said he would like to have one whole chicken for himself...but looking at the size of it...its better we share together la....hehe...we ordered one and a half chicken for 8 of us...together with the rice balls....

This is the second half.....

everyone had to wait for me finish taking picture before they can stay their action attacking the chicken....

SEe....half an hour...we swept off the whole thing...clean and clear....can see how hungry we were...just becoz we planned for the second meal...for the mee sua which was recommented by the uncle and auntie...i really believde that we can sapu another one and half chicken...

crazy carnivor....haha.....satisfied??? 5 stars.......:>

MeLaka...part 2...Here I Come...

This SATAY was highly recommented by an uncle and auntie in Melaka..just so happened we parked our car in front of their shop and ask for the direction to the best food in town...at the end of the day before we move our body back to kl...we tried this....

The place is somewhere near the EYE on Malaysia which is now situated in Melaka...from the town is about 10 mins driving...

Guess what...the sauce is very much different form what we use to have...the sauce is mixed with blended peanut and PINEAPPLE...well..may be u can call me " SAM BA POH" ( perempuan kampong)....but i never tried such sauce before for satay....the taste is just not think and tasteful enough...abit sourish.....not sweet enough...but i think this is the taste of MELAKA..

For SATAY, u dont have much choice..ONLY chicken and beef...auntie will just put as many on our table...we just eat as many as we want...then they will count by stick that we had...

CHICKEN LIVER satay...haha...for a orang kampong like me...this is the first time having this as wel..erm...special taste la...but i think they should marinate the satay more...

RM 0.60 per stick is not that cheap for me..cause the portion is not as big as KAJANg satay...haha....good try..good try....but really good business for the shop..full house man...

one more thing to share...we actually have satay at ard 3pm in the hot afternoon in Melaka...with our tiring body and sticky oily face after expose to the sunshine in melaka...

Food exploration.....Melaka...part one....

The first trip of 2009...after a long planning..finally we managed to fix a date to go for food hunting...

The first station we attacked was MELAKA.

At first we planned to go on the Saturday...but we really cant wait to taste the food over there..Thus, we decided to attack straight after work..on FRIDAY..

This is my first trip with my colleague in the new company..all of us are food lover...even during our normal lunch time daily, we have been talking about food..normally we cant really go home on time, especially Friday...However, for the food, we decided to break the record, go back on time that Friday..once the clock ticked at 5.15pm..5 of us quietly leave the office...Melaka..here we come....!!

We have planned the day before how is our schedule for the trip..on Friday night , we should go for the DIRTY STREET in Melaka. This is at JALAN BUNGA RAYA..All Melaka people will know this place...Then we should have time for the Jonker street shopping and lastly we should go for the SATAY celup...However, sometimes, plan dint realy work like what we have planned.

According to the perfect plan, we should reach Melaka by 9pm the latest should we leave on time from KL...Well..u know..traffic in Kl always unpredictable...End up we only started our journey from Nilai ard 9pm...all the way there were accidents and due to the curious Malaysian who stop for 5 mins each car that caused the jam..end up we only reached Melaka by 10.30pm.

Immediately we searched for the Dirty street whichwas famous for the Lala and the oyster ( Si Ham). If you have been to Melaka, you will notice that the some of the traffic lights are hung on top of the post with the Counter. For us who have not been to this place for long long time, dint really notice the traffice light, we thought it was just a junction. By the time we turned and found out the traffic light turned RED....guess what....we heard...PHEW..PHEW....coming from the back of our car...The hardworking POLICE uncle stopped us...at 10.30pm...!!!

The first thing the Uncle say was: U know? the compouding for the crossing the RED light is very high....He was hinting us....So we beg for a chance ...u know ...what he said?? Uncle: HOw you want to settle this? We mentioned we were not local, dint notice the traffic light was there. Uncle: every where u see the RED light you must stop...ya...we know...but we also know what you want form us...we offered RM 20 to him...haha..he immediately opened the small booklet of his..went to the back of the car..pretending to write down something..Finally we managed to settle this small matter with big offense with RM 30....wtf...what a hardworking uncle ya.....

The Dirty street is a back lane which only open for business at night. When we reached after the stupid incident with the Uncle, our stomach was crying for hunger.

Look at the small wooden chair. We just sat down and eat.

Even Ah XIAN from Atsro and Singaporean actors have visited this place

Roasted Lala and Osyter ( Si Ham)

The food tasted very fresh, we eat with the chili sauce specially for this, u can taste the freshness and juiciness of the food. We dont need special recipe sometimes for good food. Anyhow, the food servicing is too small for us especialy there are 5 guys among us, with only 4 small plates of LALA and SI HAM, cant really satisfied us. We also ordered steam prawn together with fruit rojak...still unsatisfied...SO..better move on to the next station.....by this time it was around 11.30pm....we dint manage to go Jonker street for the pasar malam...huh.....

Hello...my blog....i cant believe the last time i put down my words was in November 2008....since I become an OL...i am totally out of the blogging world....

I have so much to write and i have no where to start...

Times flies, the last time we managed to take the group photo as below i think it was 10 years back...when we were still having our Honey moon in secondary school....The time we dont need to worry about money, future, career.

Those days we always thought that time passed very slow...We always hoping school holiday to come faster and end very much later... We always think that we will have better future once we step out of the school...We cant wait to go and see the world that is outside as we thought of...

Finally, after all these years, we finally met up together for Chui Peng's wedding. This is really a memorable time, we feel that time is not enough for us to chat, we have so much to talk about, about past, current and future. About life, love and dreams.

But we understand that, even, we are not always being at the side of each other, our relationship is still as strong and close as before.

My dear friends, although we have just visited the " Tugu Negara", " Muzium Negara" and the " Dataran Merdeka" as well. The visiting trip maybe boring, haha....but the photo taking session is the best part after all these years.

How can we missed the Karaoke session. That is the greatest moment when we share the same interest together after all these years..We sing madly and crazyly. Then we have to admit that we are not up to date enough. The new songs in the list is not in our selected list...hahahaha

I really hope that the nextime we can meet up together will come very soon...That would be my Big day then...

Nice experience - Padi House

This is a restaurant which u will not notice when u walk along Jalan Raja Chulan...When we walk pass all the bars...we accidentally notice this restaurant...Padi House....

The food serve here is very much alike with Old Town..However, here with more varieties like Western Food and Local Food... The White Coffee here taste a bit light .....

This is Chicken Chop rice....The gravy is nice...overall....taste good....

This is Lamb Chop rice.....The lamb is soft......

This is Dry Curry Chicken mee.....The drumstick is quite big,,,,curry taste is just nice....

We should try on other food nextime..

PHUKET-bad experience...FANTASEA

Check in hotel 后，我们马上就安排当晚的节目。我们先询问酒店所安排的配套。但是还是认为会比较贵，于是， Suki 和Lee Ping 就发挥他们的本事，找到了比较便宜的配套。第一项节目就是到当地驰名的 Fantasea, 观赏表演和享用美味的自由餐。司机安排好6。30pm 到酒店接我们，我们匆匆忙忙的准备好，万分期待我们旅程的开始。可恶的中东人，让我们在车上等了半个小时。又饿又气。车程需要40 分钟。。

到了目的地，果然人山人海。Lee Ping 赶快去为我们领取入门票。。到领票处，过了半个小时还没出来，原来是那个旅团没有为我们订票，但是钱却收了，经过了一番沟通，终于拿到票了，大家已经饿得肚子打鼓了。第一时间，我们冲到晚餐的礼堂，不顾仪态的找到了位子，以百米的速度，寻找食物，然后狼吞虎咽，图囵吞枣。。但是菜色方面没有我们想象的丰富。我们可是花了RM 150 一个人进来这里看表演和享受的啊。当然会期望钱花的值得嘛。

由于前面耽搁了太多的时间，我们可以拍照和四处逛逛的时间很有限。在表演开始的前二十分钟，我们乘机谋杀菲林。进场之前，每个人都必须把相机和手机交由柜台保管。因为不负责任的旅团，害我们坐在最楼上的最后一排。虽然还是可以看完整个舞台，但是心里还是非常的不爽。他们也别想再做我们的生意了。还没进到表演区时，外面设有拍照区，让旅客可和打扮漂亮的美女或人妖，当然还有大象和老虎们拍照，这些都要另加收费的。难怪我们都不允许带相机。还真有生意头脑啊，如果我国的岛屿也把旅游业发展到如此，我国的旅游业应该更蓬勃。

表演其实是十分精彩。他们的舞台设计的非常好。舞台之大，让我如此形容。可容纳超过十只大象在台上表演和走动，就知道是不简单吧。而且舞台上机关重重，看得我们目不暇给。非常震撼的，就不能不提，空中飞人了。穿着会发出夜光的衣服，在空中弹跳。整个表演都有很多惊喜。但是故事方面我们则有点摸不着头脑。因为泰国口音的关系，他们呈现故事时，都听不清楚。所然如此，还是有人在表演中不小心睡着了。。。。哈哈。。老兄，你应该知道我讲的人是你吧。

还有个特别的表演，就是在演出中，有一幕，很多动物会出现如牛，羊群等。最不可思议的是，一群鸡的出现，它们由舞台一端到另一端竟然可以走直线。。这种画面应该没什么机会看到吧。。经过一个小时十五分的表演后，我们就赶快再走到出口的路上，乘机拍照。在很匆忙的情况下，有些照片很蒙，好可惜啊。结束后，大家都要到候车处等待。最讨厌的中东人还是不能守时。是他听不懂英文还是他认为别人等他是应该的。而且还很没有礼貌，连最基本的礼貌，说声谢谢也不懂。。真XXX。。。实在令人忍无可忍啊。。但是也还是要忍。。。。不然就扫了我们的雅兴。。。。第一天的行程就在很匆忙又不满意的情况下结束了。

You wont believe that, it is very common that people in Phuket dont really wear helmet. Most importantly the driver needs to wear. Look carefully into the picture....Spotted the motorcycle is with 3 persons riding on it...!!!

First Local Thai food in Phuket

The second day in Phuket was a free and easy day...

So we decided to be more adventurous...Even though according to the lady in the hotel, there were nothing much to see in Patong old town....when we reach the town, we were expecting to see some market along the street for us to shop around....from the map that we got, really dint show any special land mark for us to visit....finally we reached a market which we can at least tour around before we move on to the next destination...as our two friends were not very keen for shopping, they went for personal massage session....haha...

Here is the place we hang out while waiting for the weekend market started in the afternoon 4pm...the things sold here were not that much variety as we expected...still we managed to got something...then we were hungry..right opposite the market, there were a local restaurant which looked like the " cha chan ting" in malaysia....we decided to give it a try....

Coconut drink...12 Baht...tasted very sweet...the cocnut fresh was juicy....

Ice tea...10 baht...the tea tasted abit like the herbal tea in malaysia....

Fried Tung Fen....this tasted sweet.....must mix with the sambal and the fried little prawn...tased better...

Yee Mee in thai syle...this was the only food that tasted like Malaysia style....but the protion is so little....not enough for guys.....

American fried rice...this is the biggest portion among all the food we had ordered...

Thai Curry spaghetti...the spicies tasted very strong...abit spicy....the prawn was big...but the protion was really small....the spaghetti was just as big as a knuckle( 拳头）。。。。

Ice Milk Tea...15 baht...

Overall, the local food here tasted sweet....but the price was just nice...ranged from rm6.90-rm9.90....but we were really not that keen into the taste.....haha..anyway...nice try...

Phuket trip-Part 1

这次的旅行，可说是经过长期的计划和盼望。。就在我们把一切都计划周全，万万没有去留意天气预测。原来这期间是雨季，海浪都很大，很可能不能有出海的活动了。把我们都急死了。出门前几天大家还在担心。幸亏，全程都好天气，只有在第二天有小阵的雨。

7 月25 日当天早上，Suki 和Lee Ping 就从KK 飞到LCCT 来和我们会合。而我们还有Shing Chung 和James 就在我家集合。。的士是由我负责联络，本来我是要求一辆大的MPV型的士，来的竟然是普通的，经过一番讲价后，同意以rm80 成交载我们到LCCT. 到了机场，还有很多时间才到check-in时间，我们就到McD 去享用我们的午餐。。。期待着到了Phuket 的旅程。。。

Check-in 了之后，进到了boarding hall, 出现了搞笑的场面。电视播放着印尼戏，好笑的是，电视没有播出声音，我们几个人竟然可以凭这画面，把剧情猜得一清二楚，真的不得不佩服自己。。。。哈哈。。。然后我们听见前往Jakarta的乘客要登机了，就见到人群开始排队了，我们就奇怪为什么前往Phuket 的还没排队呢？当人群已经如龙般长了，门要到开了，才发现队伍都是要前往Phuket 的。。。亏我们之前还夸口说，一定要排到队伍前抢先上机。。。

到了Phuket机场，发现了机场内都安装了超大的cctv. 忍不住拍下来。在登记处，每个游客都必须让他们拍下照片，已证实这个人曾到此处。

在Phuket 机场，有很多的士和巴士。我们的预算是400baht一个人，出乎意料的，一辆大型的四轮驱动载我们六个人才需要1100baht. 从机场到酒店大约要40 分钟。Most of the cars in Phuket are Toyota. Many of the taxis are Isuzu. So comfortable sitting inside for 6 persons.

沿路的风景和建筑物都和沙巴的小镇很相似，又回到家乡的感觉。我们的酒店是在Patong Beach 的PatongBay Garden Resort （pyotravel.com）. Phuket 岛最旺的就是Patong Beach。通过网站我们找到了这间经济又实惠的酒店。双人床位，一间房只是rm 168一晚，还包早餐哦。。。。
酒店门口有摆放着一个板来欢迎当天到来的旅客。。我们在板上找到我们的名字，但是拼音都错了。。哈哈。。

我们的房间是没有阳台的，所以不能从房间欣赏美丽的海景。。那些有阳台的房间呢，想象早晨，手上拿着一杯茶，一边叹茶，一边吹着海风，看着海景，一点也没有城市的繁忙，多舒服。。。晚上，和三五知己一起，喝杯酒，聊聊天。。。真是一大享受啊。。。。

不得不提我们的房间。。。入口有点小，以进门，就有几格的楼梯级，要很小心地走。。床好大，好舒服。。。最特别的是房间和厕所间有一扇窗，如果把它打开，就可以从房里望进去厕所，有情趣吧。。。。

酒店就坐落在海边，从这里望出去，就可以看到美丽的日落，大大的太阳出现在我们面前，感觉和太阳很靠近。好舒服哦。。海滩上很多人，有的漫步，有的躺在沙滩上。这里的海浪非常的大，一波接一波的海浪声，一直围绕在耳边。在马来西亚很少有机会能够这么的方便就看到日落。可惜我的相机不能把这么美丽的景色带去。。因为阳光太刺眼，所以只能把它收在眼帘咯。。。。

在大城市，很少会有机会看到渔船。。。这里是槟城一个渔村。是在一个叫Batu Maung 的地方。海边当然有好吃的海鲜啦。。。。新鲜美味。。。让人垂涎三尺。。。回味无穷。。。赞！！

首先，就是金香螃蟹。。。。大大只的螃蟹。。肉鲜甜美味。。吃到无法停手。。。。。

煎鱼。。看似普通，但。。。配上酸酸辣辣的酱油汁。。脆脆簌簌的鱼肉咬在口里。。。就是天下最简单的美食。。。。

通常吃的金香lala, 都只是和辣椒炒成一碟。。但是。。这个是有配上虾米和江鱼仔。。。

。。。好香哦。。

爱吃生蚝的朋友，千万不要放过这个可以吃到最新鲜的蚝的机会。。。蚝肉厚而多汁。。。把酸柑汁挤在鲜蚝上。。一口咬进嘴里。。。慢慢地咀嚼。。。。

鸡饭可是马来西亚最普遍的食物。。。到处可见。。鸡饭配上亚三汤就恐怕难找了。。。。这里有名的亚三汤，让人喝了一口接一口。。。

主菜包括：炸鸡，香肠，酸菜汤，卤蛋。。再加上炸肉和炸鱼丸。。。。当然不能少掉一盘清炒得油菜。。。。。酸菜汤和亚三汤可帮助消化。。。。

到了槟城，怎可以不买到地的香饼呢？。。这次，我们光顾义香。。。。

此趟两天一夜的槟城大吃之旅。。少不了可爱的翔翔。。。让我们的旅程增添不少色彩。。。。

Fried Beans with Fish Cake

Cut the beans and the fish cake into thin pieces.Heat up the oil.Add in some red onions and garlic.Pour in the beans and fry for 5 mins, then add in the fish cake. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.Cook for another 2 mins until well cooked.

Japanese Tauhu with Minced Pork and Fresh Mushroom

Cut the Japanese tauhu into pieces.Fried it before cook. Then cook the minced pork with cut ginger for a while before add in the mushroom,add in some oyster sauce and little sugar, cook together. When the pork and mushroom is well cooked , add in the tauhu. Stir well will do.

Home cooking.

People living in the city always eat outside. Seldom get chance cook at home. So, sometimes I will do some simple recipe and enjoy home cooking.

Fried Egg with Onions and Hotdog.

Cut the onions and hotdog into pieces. First fry the onion in the wok without oil to get the nice aroma of onion. Then beat 3 eggs with little salt in it.Pour in the cut hotdog and onion into the egg and mixed well. Put a one tablespoon of oil then heat up, put in some garlic to get greater aroma. Pour in the egg into the work and fry.

Prawn with Tomato Sauce.

Put a table spoon of oil into the wok, put in some cut garlic pieces, heat up the oil. Pour the prawn in and cook it for 5 mins. Mixed two table spoons of tomato sauce and two teaspoons of sugar with little water. Pour into the work and cook together with the prawn.

Steam Vegetables with Fresh Mushroom

Steam the vegetables with boiled water.Put it nicely on the plate. Cook the mushroom with oyster sauce. When the mushroom is well cooked then pour it on top of the vege.

婚礼的祝福。。。。

在这特别的一天，我们最傻里傻气的傻大姐- 美如将嫁给她的白马王子。
我们都以满满的心意及暖暖的祝福看着她步上浪漫的爱情地毯。

经过精挑细选，我们把我们的祝福写在这在kawaii 的卡上。里面装的满满我们心里的话。

为了要配合新娘的浪漫出嫁，我们姐妹三人都穿上白色的小洋装。这可是费尽心思，四处寻找，才可寻获。这一次可是我们第一次同时可以出席的婚礼。而且为了我们的好姐妹，踏破铁鞋，绞尽脑汁，终于，大功告成。之后，我们都满心欢喜一起等待那大喜的日子到来。

当新娘的心情应该是很复杂吧。要离开自己的父母亲，从新适应一个环境及家人，感觉即紧张又害怕。为了这一天把这对新人都折磨成金精火眼了。为了可以有个两人独特的婚礼，两人用尽心思。

新郎来接新娘，少不了的‘玩新郎’的过程，让他尝尽甜酸苦辣才可赢得美人归。让新娘忍不住掉眼泪的是：新郎唱起当初求婚的歌。而且是由他亲自创作，即浪漫又贴心，感动的新娘开始不忍心让他尝苦头了。

顺利的接了新娘，由于他们是教会家庭，所以要有爸爸牵着新娘的手上‘新娘车' .在出门子前，一对新人要先向新娘父母鞠躬，也向奶奶行礼。然后就上车出发到教堂。

一对新人要从相识，相知，相爱到可以携手共渡下半辈子，都是个浪漫的过程。当中大家都必定经历过很多的争执，欢笑，哭泣与感动。但从他们幸福的笑容，就知道这一切换来得是非常值得的。

陈爸爸在2007 才掏了媳妇，今年就多了个女婿。在牵着美如进教堂时，还会耍帅。慢慢的走还中途停了几次，应该不舍把唯一的宝贝女儿嫁出去。但是脸上还是洋溢着感动的笑容。没关系啦，多了个儿子更不错啊！婚礼中有搞笑的牧师，可爱小朋友的乐队演奏，一群教友欢畅地唱着祝福的诗歌。当然还有交换戒指和点蜡烛仪式。

浪漫的教堂婚礼在充满欢笑声，动人的诗歌声，亲朋戚友的祝福声完美的结束。

参加完毕教堂婚礼，我们随着女方家人及朋友去享受非常特别及可口的午餐。之后我们回到酒店休息。由于我们的酒店非常靠近全sibu 最大的shopping mall-Wisma San Yan.距离就只是隔一条马路，我们怎么可能放过逛街的机会。就只是随便逛着，翠萍还是可以找到她的宝贝收藏-小叮当。。！为了准备晚上的晚宴，我们可是盛装打扮。甜美的，耍酷的，温柔性感的都可以从我们的打扮看出来吧！

福州人的豪迈及出手大方可真的可以从这场婚宴中看到。男女家一共办了90桌。但是在餐厅的前面并没有看到我们常看到的登记桌椅，来宾们都不需要包红包哦！！

来宾进场是根据男女方的。进口分左右，各自的来宾由各自的进口进入。而且是自由入座的。没有特别安排，让来宾可以自由选择喜爱的位子。

新娘和新郎的进场，更是让我们意外。无意间，奏起音乐，传来一把动人的女声，再随来男声的配合。原来是一对新人起唱情歌，穿着情侣晚装一同漫步进场。一首动人的歌引来大家的掌声及欢呼声。感觉就如歌星开演唱会般轰动！！

晚宴当中，他们还安排了舞蹈表演。你一定无法相信，跳舞的竟然是妇女团哦。翩翩起舞，完全不缺场。掌声鼓励鼓励。。。

餐色有些许的特别。通常我们都会吃清蒸或酱蒸石斑。当天我们可是第一次吃到煎鱼片。两大片的鱼片让我们打开眼界。。。配搭萨拉酱。。。。好吃！！

最后的甜品也非常特别。通常会吃到的都是龙眼果配莲蓉酥，或是西米露。。我们吃的却是布丁配上好大粒的PEACH。

晚宴当中，新人们都很忙。我们好不容易逮到机会和美丽的新娘拍姐妹照。这张合照是非常有纪念的。想不到，美如会是我们之中最先出嫁。希望很快她又给我们带来好消息咯。。

美如，我们不直觉相识了二十多年。现在你已经步入另一个生活阶程。我由衷的祝福你和你老公恩恩爱爱，甜甜蜜蜜，互相扶持，白头偕老。。。幸福美满。。。。早生贵子啦。。！！

The Best Roti Kahwin

The Roti Kahwin In Kota Kinabalu is very famous. The people in KK enjoy eating bread and bun.

The Roti Kahwin here all are own made bread. It is thick and soft. It is normaly served fresh without Toasted. Look at the big portion of butter on top of the bread. DELICOUS !! ( this is very much tastier than roti in old town)

Ice Lemon tea.

This is a famous drink here.A very nice aroma of tea with four cut-pieces of lemon. It is only RM 1.70 ( used to only cost RM 1.50)

Air Limau Ais

The Limau Ais here is served with 3 pieces of " kat-chai" together with sour plum. This is very good for sore throat. Refreshing..!!

Coconut drink is a favouite drink in the beach Tanjung Aru. It is only costs RM 3.00 for such a big coconut. Sitting at the seaside and having a cold coconut drink is really cooling and refreshing.

Attending my Best friend Wedding in Sibu 22-2-08 to 24-2-08 ( part 1)

Preparations

Since 2007, me, chui peng and hwan has been busy preparing for attending Mee Yii’s wedding. Who would believe, attending also need preparations in advance. YES..of course…first of all we need Mee Yii to confirm her wedding date. Then we started to be busy checking flight …Coz we want to get cheap fare…Finally..we got the fare which is within our budget…

Then, the next thing would be choosing wedding present for our dear friend…Since we have been saying looking forward for her wedding, of course we want to bring her surprise…We have been searching around for gift..but we don’t really know what suit her most…As we have been apart for about 10 years, we now really don’t know her taste…But we make up our mind, choosing a pair of elegant ear rings and a lovely heart shape necklace for her…We are so satisfied for our choice..haha

Cant wait for the time to come

Well..well…Mee Yii wedding was 2 weeks after Chinese New Year..We were so excited since CNY…this would be our first trip traveling together outstation….The night before we travel, we were so busy walking around but not packing…Luckily the next day we were all on leave…Our flight was at 6.30pm….we reached earlier at the airport-LCCT..So we enjoyed a simple early dinner before we took off from kl…

Unbelievable…The trip which suppose took 2 hours to reach sibu ended reached 20 minutes earlier…Before we can really step into sibu land, of course we need to show our ic..For those who never been to Sarawak, if u are not sarawakian, better bring passport. This is because the custom need to cop on the passport to show that u drop by..Those who bring only ic will need to sign a form to show ur presence in Sarawak during that period…

We were so lucky to have Mee Yii prepare the accomadation for us…The hotel that we were staying was just 1 minutes walking distance to the biggest shopping centre in sibu_ Wisma San Yang…

So the first night when we reached was about 8,30pm. We went straight to her house for a simple supper and meet up with the rest of her relatives and other friends from out station too…Then we were sent back to hotel for rest.that time was about 10pm..U wont believe 90 % of the shops in sibu were closed.We cant even find a nearer mamak stall for a drink..haha…So we were forced to take shower and rest early as we need to get up by 7am the next day…

One more thing to share is, the hotel that we stayed, I think is just a 2-3 star hotel but it had two king size beds in the room!! The room next door even had two single beds and one king size bed.

Dinner At Chillis @ KLCC

Year 2008...

Happy dinner with good pals is the sweetest thing

We went for Chillis that day for a special start of Year 2008 and a reunion as well.We were actually celebrating SC birthday but he wanted to make low profile. HAhaha.....We know that we cant make reservation in this restaurant, so we decided to reach there by 6.30pm. Although we did make it by the time n line up for seats, still we had to wait for about 45mins before our turn..haha

Chillis is a good place for pals to sit down and have a nice long talk...the environment is happening..u can see families, couples ,friends happily enjoying their food n chit chating. Then u will see the staff in Chillis holding a big big tray serving food to the customers. The portion of food in Chillis is big enough for two persons, if lady who is a small eater can share with your friends.

Why do i say we can really sit down for long in Chilllis without realise the time is because they serve Bottomless drink for Softdrink and Fruit Juice. Another thing is u can change the flavour of your drink when u ask for refill as long as it is under the same drink catergories. For your information, i personally think that u shold just try Apple juice n Orange juice.

Lamb Shoulder

This lamb shoulder tastes very nice with its sauce and served with many vege salads. Next to it served with a big big portion of mashed potato and a slice of garlic bread.

BBQ Beef Burger

Wow..this burger is really big if compare to the Ramly burger that we normally have. There is a piece of Bacon with melted cheese on top of the beef which make it more juicy when u bite on it. If u cant bite it like the way we eat burger normally, then i would recommend to cut the burger into pieces.

Country Fried Chicken

This is a big fried chicken served with mashed potato, together with sweet corn and garlic bread.The chicken is crunchy n juicy.

Montereri Chicken

Chicken served with a lot of tomato slices and paste on top, served with big mashed potato n vege salad. With the tomato paste make the chicken taste fantastic,

Chips

Another reason we have been sitting in Chillis for about 2 hours, not just only enjoying the food but because of this Bottomless chips that we keep on ask for refill. While we talk, we just eat and eat, refill n refill.

It has been a nice evening.Meeting up with friends after a busy week has become an enjoyable activity for me.We all are busy for most of the time. It feels so warm when having best pal from the same home town sitting down talking about our same old school stories.

Good Dinner @ Swensen .. Subang Parade

Before the end of Year 2007, lets have a look of some wonderful meals. Last weekend, my best friend YL , I and Jiun went for a bit meal in Swensen. So, for the First time, i really took a photo of the food i eat outside. Haha..as a new blogger, hopefully from now then i can share more of nice food for food lover.

For us to reserve a bit of space in our stomach for the tasty dessert, each of us ordered a small main course. Jiun has choosen chicken, i chosed spaghetti then YL had Fish n Chips.

BBQ HalF Chicken RM 16.80

Half chicken tenderly braised and grilled in smoked BBQ sauce, served with U.S. potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The BBQ sauce tasted a bit sour. The mashed potatoes tasted great. For those who enjoy eating chicken, should have a try on this, the portion is just nice for lady.

Fish n Chips RM 15.40

Golden fried fillet of fish, served with tartar sauce, U.S. fries n coleslaw.

Chicken Mushroom Spaghetti RM 14.90

Spaghetti with tomato sauce with sauteed chicken and mushroom sprinkled with cheese. The tomato sauce tasted too sour for me. The chicken fillings are juicy and smelled good.

Then come for dessert time. The ice cream in Swensen are all very tempting. For chocolate lovers i would highly recommend this : Chocolate Crunch RM 14.20. It is served with chocolate ice cream, hot fudge and lots of crispy chocolate morsels. Yummy yummy...i like chocolate very much...

Cookies Summit RM 14.90

This is served with cookies and butterscotch ice cream, coverd with cold chocolate fudge and a lot of chololates balls inside. The butterscotch might be too sweet for some people, maybe can request lesser on that when u try.

Before the end of year 2007, i decided to do a cleaning job on the collections of my darling...The Coca-Cola n Pepsi...

So, before the collections getting more n more,lets take a picture of them. Of course these maybe just a little compare to the other collectors..but these all have gained few years of history too...

My darling started to have this special Hobby since few years back.Everytime he will visit those supermakets like Isetan or Cold storage to check out is there any new stocks...However, those extremely expensive which cost more than RM10 per can he would think twice ....due to economic reason...We must be a smart consumer...

Many of our nice friends who went oversea,normally will not miss his sorvenirs-COKE. Thank you to anyone who have contributed to this collections. Slowy,these collections getting more n more.

These one with Cartoons, u sure cant believe it, we found it in Penang, one of the food shop in Prangi Mall...

Look at those World Cup edition. make me thought of last year,2006. It was the first time I and my darling went for oversea trip together to Thailand. So we already planned to get some Thai version of either Pepsi or Coke. The first day when we reached,we found two cans with those football player face on it.Wow, we were so excited. Then the next day, we were even more aggresive. Once we saw any of the drinks, we were like crazy.All together we bought 8 cans. Finally we recalled that we were on trip. We were walking all the way carying the 8 cans of coke n pepsi.haha....can u imagine, we just only started the trip of that day. Thats was a great experience,by then we knew that, nextime if we are going on any trip, we need to get a bigger bag for all these collections.

Ladies n Gentlemen,

Merry Christmas n Happy New Year 2008 !!!

well...well....every year end...i m sure that many of us will do some resolutions...my duty this year end is do a research on all the Xmas deco in Most of the big Shopping mall....

This is because, my boyfriend's brother came from Kk...he is very interested in all those deco since last year of his visit...so this year,he wont want to miss any of them...so,at the same time, i edited the photo to show some of our friends out of town or country...

First, lets present the Sunway Pyramid's Deco...with cute cute little Deers on top of the small little house....

Next , this would be the latest hit shopping mall in KL--Pavillion. the first Xmas tree of Pavillion...is a very fantasy White Xmas tree....from far its just looks like the ICY xmas tree....Anyone rememeber the story of the Ice-Queen....??

Now, lets look at the special design of the xmas deco in the Curve...look at the top of the roof...from the doom, u can really have a feeling of a white xmas in Malaysia...so romantic...!! LOOK at the cute Little SNOWman with the deer outside the house...how good is there is snowing in Malaysia ,then we all can go skiing....Thats impossible....hehe..... @v@

Err...Look at this tree..KLCC is pretty smart u know....i have been seeing the same tree dun know since how many years ago....every year only the lightings on the tree change abit....i need to think so hard to really identify the differences compare to the previous year....well...as an audience or a shopper...we hope to see different ideas....so many foriegners will visit KLCC during festive season,if they already been here few times,they will have the same feeling as me....please....dont they have any designers for this?

Midvalley--i love Midvalley..they always put so much effort for us to feel so strong xmas feeling during this festive season....this year,they make the main stage like a Musical Forest with a lots of lights surrounding...then in different courts of the mall, its all full with many xmas trees with different deco on them...i like this butterfly very much....Bravo Midvalley...!!

One Little...Two Little..Three Little...Soldiers....anyone who ever read the kids story will definitely saw this soldier with drum before....this is just look like a big musical hall with the piano in the middle of the stage...Good job for One Utama this year...

Everyone who try 'kong fu cao' before will know there should be some gravy on top of the mee....however the 'kong fu cao' in Penang is dry....it smells good.....with a lot of vege n egg....but its dry....u will never try this in kl....have a try nextime...ya....

I have been to Penang for 6 times....everytime i go i will never miss the special food there.....This is the best curry fish head i ever tried in Malaysia....of course u would say nothing special..but the gravy for the curry is delicious until u will eat more than two plates of rice....there are some vege inside like tomato,brinjal,lady finger and onions....its is spicy for those who dun like spicy food.....its smell so nice when the waiter serve it in front of u...how i wish i can cook such a good dish.....

Here is the 'Ais Kacang' in Penang...with a lot of red beans,sweetcorns,cincau n jelly...with ice-cream on top too......n what i like most is there are a lot of 'buah atap' in it...see the transparent jelly on top..thats the buah atap...taste good....

Yummie...Yummie......lets look at the Kangkung with Sotong....the gravy is so tasty with some peanuts on top....next to it is the Fried Osyter with a lot of eggs......the one on top is the Fried Lala..

Last but not least,it is the 'chu cheong fun'....this food serve in Penang is different from other places in Malaysia...in Penang,they serve " chu cheong fun' with sweat sauce plus prawn sauce...then with a little chilli sauce at the side...which make it smell great...but some people maynot really like the smell.....haha......Look at the most left hand corner.....Thats the 'Bubur Cha Cha'.....dessert with yam,sweet potato,read beans n some jelly....with the coconut milk serve in cold...which make a good dessert for a tiring day.....

Today is really not a good day to go out…. Raining started since 9 am…suppose a plumber should come to fix the toilet in my tuition centre…. But….he could not make it because of raining…the main reason is he does not have a car…he only rides on motorcycle….he promise to come if the rain stop…but unfortunately..the rain is not mercy enough…it rains til now…now is already 8pm…

Erm….since nothing much to do,I come to look for jiun for dinner…..he works overtime till 10 pm today…..we have a simple dinner….and now I am in his new office waiting for him to off duty….i cant really imagine myself sitting in an office….my last experience working in an office was since year 2003…haahaa…the only job that I needed to work from 8.30a.m to 6pm….was as an account assistant….haahaa..my work everyday was filling documents and key in data…..all the datas have to be keyed in one by one into different accounts….although I m an accounting graduate…but my working experience in this field was only A MONTH…..haahaa…one month working as account assistant…later something wrong with my eyes….

One particular morning, when I reached office and on my computer, when I looked at the screen…I hardly see a word…..what I can say is…I can only see a screen with black dots…..MY GOD….i was so terrified….since then I quitted the job and never applied any vacancy similar….my eyes cant face the computer for too long…..those jobs that requires me to look at the computer all day long will cause a symptom call eye dryness….when I got that particular symptom…I hardly see a thing clearly for more than a month…I cant even watch television…that’s was the most terrified nightmare for me…..

Sometimes I will recall this memory, this reminds me a phrase..: everything happens for a reason…when a bad thing happens on us, there must be a good thing following at the back…..maybe we feel that, that’s the end of the world when something bad happens, I always believe that if we have been good to everyone….we will get good in return…..do not be afraid to fail…..we must have the courage to change…although it is tough and it takes time…maybe a year, maybe 10 years for us to succeed, but….once we make the decision for change.. it is always for good……..never envy on what people have and did….we must enjoy on what we r doing and appreciate on what we have in our life…there r many chances in our life that for us to prove that we can have a better future……I believe for what I believe. when we believe.. we will see it….

没有常在心的日子

终于完成了2007年最大的工程。。。欣赏完了塘心风暴。。。。原来要抽出时间来追港剧是在是一件不容易的事。。。

在观赏的当中，有很多体会。。。当然家和万事兴是最重要。。。健康也是很重要。。。。再来友情更是可贵。。。不能少的，就是爱情了。。。原来珍惜眼前人是每个人常常犯的毛病。。。。失去了，才一再活在后悔及遗憾中。。。。那又何必呢？？到底友情至上还是爱情价更高？？

笑有时，悲有时。。。人通常都花太多的时间去悲伤，而忘了应记得欢笑的日子。。。有很多人花太多时间去计较仇恨，而忘了感恩。。。。惜福啊。。。。

我们都太会计较付出了。。。无论对人对事。。都会期望有正比的回报。。现实往往相反。。。

在看戏的同时，一直问为什么？？为什么人不知足？？为什么总是站在自己的观点去看别人。。。为什么可以犯错了还可以理直气壮地睁开眼睛说骗话？？

人生苦短，不要让它留白。。。。要让它充满色彩，只有靠自己。。。。记住：甜的吃，苦的更要吃！！！

Nov 16 - 18.....2007

My two best frens from KK...come over to KL....so....coming few days will be our reunion days and shopping day.....the happiest thing was not we finally make it to shop in Sunway Pyramid new phase....or...we shopped through the shopping centre in kl.....but we finally.....have another reunion for pals from Senior 3 He1998.....

James really took out his time full day to accompany the 3 pretty ladies shop for whole day.....we also made it to Eye on Malaysia...which was a big thing in kl....but actually not worth it.....KLCC has a nicer view instead.....My best pals almost wanted to moved back to shop to kk while shopping....they shopped til almost all the promoters from the shop came to entertain us...like big customers....haahaa....

we met KaiLan and her bb in 1 U ard 5pm....then we sat down for tea and chat on some old stories...which still made us LOL.....we enjoyed the tea time very much!! we reached Eye on Malaysia ard11pm....as information told us it only closed at 12mid during weekends.....taking a good picture was not that easy too...and we found out that james had the potential to be a director...can give good instructions during photo taking....

梦与现实。。。。理想与目标。。。

还记得，刚毕业出来那股雄心。。曾几何时？我们满怀大志。。告诉自己。。要努力为自己的理想与梦想拼命。。很多时候。。。当踏入社会后。。。很多人就开始对自己的理想却步。。。

原来要到达自己想要去的目的地。。是需要付出。。而且是完全毫不犹豫的。。。只要有一丝的怀疑及顾虑。。那么要到达的日期就遥遥无期。。。

有没有那种感觉。。像是被人当头敲了一下。。很用力的。。然后而有所领悟。。。有些人和他的理想工作非常接近。。但是还是让自己与它擦身而过。。但有些人甚至没有亲身去认真体验就选择放手。。。那不是太可惜了吗？很多人为了达到目标勇往直前。。。那种认真的精神是在让人佩服。。。

其实我们都给自己太多籍口了。。。人长大了。。。冒险的勇气通通跑去哪里了？
为什么我们会停滞不前呢？。。。我也常常问自己： “你想要得到的是什么？。。” 这个答案非常的因人而异。。。但。。。是不是很久没让自己静下来，沉淀下。。。。这个问题有多久没问自己了。。。。如果没达到。。回遗憾吗？

当然内心的挣扎。。。呐喊。。。无助。。。彷徨。。。。。多么痛苦的煎熬。。。。庆幸的。。。上天眷顾我。。。让我身旁有一班同甘共苦的好朋友。。。无时无刻把我从迷失边沿拉回来。。。。也非常感谢父母从来都给与无限支持。。。。让这条打拼的路可以越走越远。。。。。

有人讨厌雨天，又有人喜欢它。当天开始暗下来，在等待雨的到来，大家的心情是如何？上班族一定痛恨它，因为回家时是多么不方便。家庭主妇也讨厌它，因为衣服都晒不干了。。学生一定会又欢喜又哀愁，因为不用上体育课，但热爱运动的就少了可以逃离课堂的命运。。。

雨天真的会让人有很多感想。。天气的变化让人无从捉摸。。但人的情绪变化也同样让人无法捉摸啊。。。每个人对事或对人都不可能有相同看法。。。我们不能强迫别人和我们的看法一样。。

但。。。我们不能只站在自己的观点看。。有一些人他们没有错，但是他们没有去思考他们所作的每一件事到底有没有影响别人或伤害他人。。言语上的冲突可以照成很大的伤害。。。不经意的言语都能让人不舒服好多天。。。更何况是无畏的坚持和执著而让一段友情僵直冰点。。。。执迷不悟更让人费解。。。。

真心的朋友才会互相提醒。。甚至会对你破口大骂。。。试问若是普通的朋友会有相同心理而对我们好言相劝吗？凡是要从别人的观点出发。。。把自己看得太大。。。只会让身旁的人远离我们。。。。不肯从错误中学习认错，还把责任推得一干二净。。。这种人还值得当朋友吗？

今天是蒲种的Neway 新开张。我们姐妹仨人就去拜访了。里面的装潢很美，特别是冷气超‘冷 ’的。尤其是厕所更是冷到你不敢坐在马桶板上。哈哈。。。

讲起唱k, 不知不觉，我们已经有超过十年的经验。从以前的卡带，到录影带，再到VCD 至到今天的DVD。。。还记得以前的MV，里头很多都不是歌手本人的。大家都会发现一些‘美妹’在MV 里走来走去，拨一拨头发。或者是穿着泳衣在沙滩上嬉戏，而且中文歌曲还会出现‘洋妞’，简直是搞笑到极点！！

今天的MV, 看得出来那个歌手的心思和用心。每一次都会带给歌迷不同的惊喜和感觉。本人非常喜欢唱歌。因此唱k 是我的一种最大的乐趣。。。可以慢慢细心的观看MV 里的故事，又可以尽情放肆得呐喊。可以和朋友对唱，也可以全体合唱。棒！！

工作常常让我们和朋友无法联系，唱K 就便成我们叙旧的好活动。好吧，不妨在此推荐将要发片的本地歌手：梁静茹，光良，林宇中。。。。多多支持哦。。。。！！
